Creative Clay Play Space & Workshops

Lisa offers private instruction and custom small group instruction in hand building, wheel throwing, tile making, and bead making using low fire clay, underglazes and glazes. Workshops include basic or advanced instruction, use of tools, equipment (extruder, wheel, slab roller) and two firings (bisque and glaze). Materials (clay and colorful underglazes & glazes) are included but extra materials can be purchased if participant desire to do so.

Gatherings are held at her home studio in Tucson AZ where she offers a beautiful, bright, peaceful space; along with helpful demonstrations & suggestions, and gentle support specific to each participants need & level of experience. She also encourages independence & originality as each participant expands on their own current skills & technique to achieve their intended goal while ENJOYING every bit of the process. Maintaining a safe, non-judging yet fun and respectful space will allow all participants to open & embrace the process of playful creation as it reveals the magnificence within.
